175

Thats 24/25lbs lost so far...not too bad for no exercise (well there was the whole Fed-Ex second job thing going for awhile)

5 more pounds and I think I will be happy, my original goal was to get to 165/170 which will be pretty skinny. According to the overly conservative (IMO) BMI index I became not obese or overweight at 178 pounds.

The BMI numbers don't take into account your bone structure or musculature.

At 182 pounds I was measured (weighed under water) with zero body fat.

At my height that same 182 pound weight was borderline obese.

To get down to a trim weight I would need to shed 32 - 37 pounds of lean body muscle. Not a good idea.

So don't put too much faith in those BMI charts/calculators. They are mainly good for Jenny Craig and Weight-Watchers for getting new clients.

Today at 9am EST is the "weigh out"

I project my weight to be around 170/172 clothed for the weigh out in jeans/socks/shirt similar to the weigh in. My weight after showering this morning was 167...

Two ladies at work today commented that I looked "Too thin" who know nothing of the contest. Need to get a shot taken of me to post later today before I start to gain it back

Final official weight 170lbs (clothed)

That is 29lbs lost, about 15% of my body weight.

Now to bring the "Biggest Losers" out and spend $100.00 on a big fat greasy pizza and wing lunch!

You could have installed a trapeze over your bed and skipped the dieting and still have gotten the same result.
