I went through the past and didn't see that this one was done before. Shoot whatever you want but from a different perspective:
here's an example:
Image
to infinity and beyond by bambe1964, on Flickr

you can be upside down, shooting down, at an angle. I don't care as long as it would be a different viewpoint then most people would see it.
-3 images per poster
-taken from any time frame but bonus for taking it for the challenge
-ends on feb 26th

Sorry for the long time frame but I leave on the 17th for my vacation and am not back until the 25th. And I'm going 'off grid' so I won't have internet access during that time. This gives people lots of time to go and try it.

Hi Bambi. This one actually has been done before, but it was so long ago, it's due to be done again.

Here's my winning image from that one (this is not an entry).

I wanted something new for this challenge, and although I've been shooting a fair bit, nothing that fits the theme. So, started looking through the archives, and discovered recently, I need to work more on perspectives.

I did find one though. Here his a different angle on my dog, Sophie. If it wins against the others posted though, then I will seriously question the judging ;)

Hi guys,

I got back in around 1 a.m. this morning so am just getting around to looking at the entries. They are all fantastic but I don't have the brainpower to comment on everyone (jet lag you know 8) ). So I am going to pull out my favs of everyone and say why and then announce the winner
1. Phil- I love your mirror shot. I like how it draws the eye and in makes the viewer slightly confused. Including the person is clever as well.
2. Scott- love the hands shot. it shows children from a new perspective. To me this shot capture the absorption in the creative process.
3. Michael- I was torn between your spiral staircase (very Alfred Hitchcock/ twilight zone) and the Eiffel tower. I chose the tower because of it's repeating shapes and geometry. I love the centred comp and I feel like I'm laying under the tower.
4. Patrish- great 'weed'. I like shots of plants against the sky like this.
5. John- that top perspective of the Winter Gardens is really cool. Now I want to go see what's inside :)
6. Mike- great shot of the dog. I like shots that show animals doing what they do. And you don't get to question the judging. I am above questioning

okay, so now to choose. Frankly it was really hard. But in the end I went with Michael's Eiffel Tower shot.

Congrats Michael. now it's over to you.
