Silky or frozen in time, playing with exposure can produce some very cool results with water.

Terms:
Each photograph must contain moving water. Could be something splashing, a waterfall, or even water coming from a faucet or spout.

• Up to three images per poster
• Photos may have been shot as far back as you like
• Bonus points for shots taken during the challenge (Must indicate in your post)
• Challenge expires on 5/22/2012

Good luck!

Ah, now this is a challenge I can get into. Plenty of water around here.

Will see what I can find.

A couple hours until I judge the submissions. If you have anything else, submit before 2pm CST.

Thanks,

Tried posting these earlier, but couldn't for some reason, just kept getting page could not load when I hit the submit button (I was getting in a bit of a panic at the time!) Anyway, I can see you haven't judged yet, so that's a relief!

Actually there are only a couple of old holiday snaps, but I like to participate if I can;

As usual, you guys always make this tough on me! Lots of great shots!

Patrish, love your second shot with the umbrellas! Thunder, that falls shot is very magical! Bambi, that closeup of the iceburg is really cool! Aaron, love the water droplet displacement! Scott, that Lupine shot with the rain is awesome!

In the end I the one that really jumped out at me was "Chillin' in the Fountain" by Tim. Great light, tones and composition! Love the water! Congrats Tim, you're up!
