Photoshop CS5 and Flexify 2. I know, not for everyone, but fun to do sometimes...especially if you're trying to save a trashcan photo! 8)

It works for digital art, maybe a blue background would make it a bit more dynamic making a nice RGB image.

Scott, I went back a few steps and added a dark blue background instead of the green. It made for a nice contrast. Thanks for the suggestion!
