I knew I would get myself into trouble visiting this forum ( nee: not qualified to critique intelligently) but I can't view without trying to leave a comment.
So here is my blue collar approach: when I first viewed the image the highlights were overwhelming and thought the apocalypse title would fit better with a smaller subject inserted into the scene, a burnt dolls, old books, etc..
That's the best I have right now. :( :( Hopefully I'll get better the more I visit.

thanks for looking Phil. I actually processed it to be that extreme. I was going for a 'Battle Star Gallactica' type image- but I get that it' not to everyone's taste.

Once, many, many years ago, Wally saw a cartoon in a magazine which he cut out and gave to me because he thought it suited me.

It showed two woman and a man looking at huge paintings in a modern art museum. The other man, obviously the husband of one of the women, was across the hall, squinting at the small plaque next to another large picture.

The caption showed one woman turning toword the other, and saying simply "Joe is text based."

And even after all these years, I'm afraid Wally is right, and I am still "text based." I need to know what I'm looking at. No doubt it's a flaw in my basic personality. When I looked at this, I didn't understand what I was seeing, even with your title.

I'm sorry, Bambi. Please forgive me and post more pictures of the dogs. Hugs, Patrish
