Very nicely lit, especially for the eyes and the colours have come up well.
I like the first two, the expression in the third doesn't really suit the style of picture for me though.

The skin tones in the first two are too warm for my taste, going to far towards orange. I like the temperature of the third much better, although I wouldn't complain if it was cooled just a little bit.

The 1st and 3rd lack detail in the blacks. The dress in the 3rd particularly becomes a big black blob and is lost in the background.

The 3rd would have really benefitted from a backlight, to provide separation between the dress and the background.

I agree with Laz about the expression in the 3rd.

Despite all that, I do think they are good overall.
